Do you have an working microphone?: Yes
Why do you want to become staff?: I want to become staff to be able to help the server grow, with my past of coding and staffing. I love helping people in any situation also enjoy playing gmod. I know every rule and I am never biased to my friends. I always listen to both sides of the stories. Also ive been known to be only helpful and friendly to every new player that joins the server. I am never toxic, never yell, mic spam or break ANY rule at all (I have 0 warnings, even 0 verbal warns). I would also like to help the players get along. In many situations i ve seen many new people break rules on the server. I always teach tell them about their mistake and correct them (example: One guy didnt know how to put a fading door execetera). I would never judge anybody by their voice (Also hate the word "sqeuker" I never use it), their acting, or something diffrent about a person. In my opinion difrennt is unique.
What would you do if someone disrespects you or another admin?: I would verbally warn them to stop and then mute them.
What would you do if someone got randomly killed (RDM)?: I would take the sit, check the logs, listen to his story, pm the person who rdemd and bring him. After that I would listen to his story and judging by the proof and my decision I would warn the rdemer and return both of players.
What would you do if someone got randomly arrested (RDA)?: I would take the sit, bring the arrested person, ask him for his story, check the logs, pm the rdaer and bring him. Then I would listen to the rdaers story and warn him if he didnt have a rp reason to arrest.
Why are you different than others?: Im diffrent in many ways. First is, I am very patient and also never stop till I get to my goal. Second is, I love interacting with people on the server and genneraly. I am active on discord, gmod, steam and you can always message me. Third is, I never insult anybody or get angry about anything. I always handle any situation calmly and never freak out.
Do you have any warns/kicks/bans? (Will be checked): No.
How long a day can you be active?: 3-4 hours.
Any other things that we need to know?: Flips.
